We carry out reasoned fertilisation following exact agricultural guidelines, using organic fertiliser as a source of nitrogen and potassium sulphate as a source of potassium, always keeping doses to a minimum.
We also analyse leaves and soil to calculate the nutrients extracted by the vines, and to return the required reserves to the soil. This makes it possible to minimise losses caused by nitrogen cleansing from rainwater, thus preventing the pollution of underground water reserves and improving water quality.
We also have aerial images of all the plots which allow us to define and distinguish the vigour of plants in very specific areas, identifying those in need of more intensive maintenance. The necessary doses are thus applied as required, avoiding over-fertilisation.
